Closing of the acquiration has ended

With the approval of the Hungarian Ministry of Technology, all the final signatures were put on the Szallas Group-Wirtualna Polska deal, so from 2nd November, Szallas Group is officially part of Wirtualna Polska Holding!

In the same time, Nocowanie.pl became a part of Szallas Group, while its CEO, Tomasz Machała, became a member of the Szallas Group Management Board. From now on, Nocowanie joins forces with Noclegi.pl.
