Teambuilding at Szallas Group, Hungary

This September, colleagues from Szallas Group Hungary gathered for our annual teambuilding day.

This year’s program combined familiar favorites with new experiences. The team enjoyed hiking through scenic trails, unwinding at the wellness center, and competing in friendly bowling matches. The highlight of the day was the cooking competition, chosen by the majority of colleagues in a short pre-event survey, allowing everyone to have a say in shaping the program. For those seeking adventure, there was also an opportunity to try shooting.

Colleagues also took a special moment to celebrate the ones reaching service milestones. This year, we honored those with 5, 10, and 15 years of dedicated work.

In addition to the activities, we took a moment to explore how our colleagues experience generational diversity within Szallas. Hearing their stories reminded us that diversity is a strength rather than a challenge. It is a value that inspires, connects, and empowers our team, bringing different perspectives together in meaningful ways.
