Business Associate

Szallas Group is a CEE online travel company with multiple platforms in 5 different countries. Our mission is to serve guests and accommodation providers with our teams with constantly developing technology and live, local customer services.

Our CEO and group management team is in great need of an analyst-minded presentation guru business associate.

What would be your tasks?

  • supporting group management in decision making by digging for tourism market information in the constant quest to understand travelers’ demand 
  • supporting investor’s relations by preparing executive summaries, analysis and presentations for Wirtualna Polska Holding, owner of Szallas Group
  • supporting M&As in market research, DD process and an important role in defining strategic moves 
  • tracking strategic projects to help the whole organization fulfill our value creation goals

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Work Experience: min. 2 years in strategic consulting preferably at McKinsey, BCG, a Big 4 company or in the field of investment banking
  • Language: excellent English
  • Communication:
    • great visual, graphic skills in order to create impressive presentations
    • great storytelling skills to create logical and focused presentations
  • Approach
    • data-driven mindset
    • strategic thinking
    • ability to prioritize
  • IT: moving comfortably in the basic MS/Google universe (sheets, docs, slides)
